ARCO recently completed this 83,000 SF Class A office and distribution warehouse for repeat client Standard Beverage Corporation! Located in the greater Kansas City area, the facility features a 26,000 SF corporate office, 57,000 SF ambient warehouse, 3,000 SF corporate training/hospitality suite, and 2,800 SF graphics room. Additional features include a conventional steel structure with tilt-up construction, 32’ clear height, a thin brick veneer façade, and a decorative hospitality patio with pergola, fire pits, and stamped concrete.
